Advertising is the most significant tool for selling a home. My marketing plan is designed to integrate your listing into all facets of advertising in the marketplace, in order to get it the attention it deserves.


I utilize the power of the internet to promote your property to the fullest extent.  Your listing will have its own dedicated webpage on this site, the Select Properties website and In addition to these sites your listing will also appear on all of the major real estate search engines such as and We will create an interactive ad to be placed in multiple Craigslist networks including Richmond, Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg and many others. With all of our online advertising, we employ various search engine tools, such as keywords, providing unlimited exposure to various other websites.  


As I market real estate in Richmond and the Northern Neck/Chesapeake Bay regions, I am affiliated with three separate Multiple Listing Services. Being listed in three separate MLS systems will allow your property to be exposed to an expanded area as well as multiply its presence on the online search engines.

Virtual Tour

In the current internet searching marketplace, I believe a virtual tour is critical to showing potential buyers the full extent of the property, a virtual showing if you will. During our photographic session of your home, we go above and beyond to ensure that the best angles and attributes of your property are portrayed. My assistant and I will gather all the information needed to create a walk-through virtual tour, which will be linked to all of the online advertising. 


Your listing will appear in various unique print publications around the Richmond area, Northern Neck/ Chesapeake Bay regions, as well as the Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland markets. This includes multiple real estate magazines and newspapers. I will also create high-quality property brochures including photographs or renderings, architectural details, room measurements, floor plans, etc.
