Having moved back to Virginia after several years in California, I understand the opportunities and challenges facing home buyers and sellers relocating to a new area, state or moving just across town. It is my commitment to customer service and recognizing the wants and needs of my clients that makes for a smooth transition. It is my goal to provide clients with the knowledge and information necessary to make the best purchasing or selling decisions. Being a Tidewater native, and residing in both the Northern Neck as well as Richmond, allows me the ability to offer clients, multiple listing services in each of these areas. Whether you are looking for a waterfront home or selling a traditional Richmond Colonial, I have the market focus and experience to give you current and accurate advice to assist in your decision making process. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, my career was in film and commercial advertising where management skills, problem solving, contract negotiation and thorough communication were integral characteristics of the job. I believe that these experiences only add to the knowledge necessary for successful real estate sales. In 2009 I obtained my broker’s license to further my expertise and understanding of contracts, new lending practices and real estate law. My husband, Bill and I enjoy restoring historic homes and together we built our river home in Weems. About My Marketing Director & Assistant, Kamaron

Selling Real Estate in both the Northern Neck and Richmond regions is challenging and rewarding. To ensure that I am always available to address my client’s needs; my assistant, Kamaron, assists me in making sure we provide our clients with full service and attention to every detail.

Kamaron Owens Goodrich has been working as my Marketing Director & Executive Assistant since the summer of 2009. Before starting our journey together, Kamaron’s background was mainly in educational sales, where she worked to assist and coordinate local marketing and maintain databases for regional representatives. During the process of beginning her educational adventures and determining her career path, she decided to indulge in her interest of Real Estate. In 2008 she successfully passed the Virginia Real Estate Salesperson licensing exams. From there she set out to find an agent in need of assistance. Fate brought us together and she has come to know the industry inside and out.

Kamaron is integral in creating & designing Travis Powell Real Estate advertising and marketing campaigns. Her knowledge of real estate lends a keen eye on preparing & ensures consistency of marketing for our properties.

In addition to working with me, Kamaron owns a Photography Business, Kam Goodrich Photography LLC, and is a freelance Graphic Designer. In 2014 she received her Bachelors of Arts and Sciences from VCU’s School of Media and Culture where she focused on Creative Advertising -Art Direction. She graduated top of her class with a 4.0 and was awarded the Faculty Award for Creative Advertising.
